The first phase of this training placed particular emphasis on preventive risk management, the identification of improvement opportunities, and rigorous control of services provided by third parties. Mastering these concepts enables the anticipation of analytical failures and ensures flawless traceability of laboratory reagents and equipment.
The second phase focused on internal audit tools, the methodical handling of complaints, and rigor in drafting expert reports. This component aims to strengthen internal monitoring protocols, guaranteeing total impartiality and absolute clarity when delivering conclusions on the quality of analyzed active ingredients.
The closing session is dedicated to the quantification of measurement uncertainties, the continuous enhancement of staff competencies, and the management review. These constitutive elements of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard allow LANACOME to scientifically underpin the validity of its results and prevent the introduction of substandard or falsified products onto the national and sub-regional markets.
By strengthening the legal and technical scope of its analysis reports, the institution consolidates its position as a trusted third party for industrial partners, public health donors, and populations. This drive for operational excellence serves as a guarantee of credibility for the entire Cameroonian pharmaceutical sector.
