Formally established by Decision No. 00192 signed on September 9, 2026 by ministerial authority, this unprecedented body combines the sovereign competencies of the National Printing Office with the technical expertise of Impact Palmarès Printing Cameroon. The committee brings together all technical teams and stakeholders to conduct a thorough examination of the legal, operational, and technical aspects of the convention project. Consultation efforts focus on the collection and validation of key information, consolidation of multisectoral contributions, and meticulous preparation of final clauses and contractual annexes.

To ensure full ownership of the terms of this agreement across the entire territory, the institutional timetable provides for phases of in-depth consultation with the Ministry's decentralized services in the Littoral region, as well as with organizations and professionals in the sector.
