The renewal and strengthening of management ranks respond to strict requirements of corporate governance and decision-making efficiency. The newly installed officials are tasked with steering priority technical portfolios, ranging from the centralization of security deposits to the monitoring of judicial and administrative consignments. This scaling up aims to streamline operational management and enhance the effectiveness of internal control mechanisms. For the CDEC, the full operational capacity of its management is an essential condition to guarantee the transparency of operations and increase its responsiveness to requests from financial institutions and the Public Treasury.
This reorganization of operational frameworks comes at a pivotal moment when the structure is amplifying its role as the State's financial arm in financing major infrastructure projects. The alignment of managerial skills with sovereign wealth fund management best practices will enable the institution to maximize the economic impact of consigned funds.
Through these actions, the CDEC confirms its trajectory as a modern public financial institution, equipped with the technical and human levers required to contribute to financial sector stabilization and the sustainable financing of the national economy.
