The operational steering of this major mobilization is led by Dr. Samuel Dongmo, Executive President of the High Council of Cameroonians Abroad, Peace Ambassador of the Diaspora, and President of the local organizing committee based in Washington DC, United States, who works alongside Akwaba Community and a dense network of public and private partners.

The program for these four days of exchanges is rigorously structured around three fundamental pillars: the regulation and preparation of migratory pathways, the dynamization of cross-border investment flows, and the valorization of the intellectual and financial capital of diasporas. The proceedings integrate plenary sessions, sectoral workshops, business forums, and individualized business meetings. The strong mobilization of Cameroonian ministerial departments, Canadian authorities, and consular chambers testifies to the shared will to institutionalize a conducive framework for business.

At the heart of the reflections, the concept of circular migration is elevated as a virtuous paradigm. It is no longer about viewing departure as an irreversible loss, but rather about turning it into a round-trip cycle where skills acquired abroad, mastered technologies, and saved capital come to irrigate the national economy. By transforming the strong Cameroonian community established in Canada into a relational and entrepreneurial bridge of exceptional density, the salon aims to catalyze joint ventures, secure professional pathways for youth, and durably strengthen Cameroon's macroeconomic resilience.
