This financial recovery occurs despite a sharp erosion of commercial activity.  The company's pre-tax revenue contracted by 53.6%, settling at €6.33 million, or 4.15 billion CFA francs  compared to nearly 9 billion in the prior fiscal year.

This improvement in results coincides with capital movements and significant diversification initiatives undertaken during the period.


In addition to a restructuring combining loss clearance and capital increase, the company finalized the acquisition of the commercial assets of Laboratoires Vrangier, opening new outlets in the cosmetics and detergents segments. Meanwhile, the accounts show a nearly tenfold increase in cash advances granted by the parent company, exceeding 3.5 billion CFA francs, testifying to unwavering shareholder support following the asset impairments recorded in the past.
