This system targets owners of cars, motorcycles, and trucks, who can now complete their procedures and pay their premiums directly at multiservice points connected to the technological infrastructure.
Beyond individual customers, the partnership includes a dedicated component for businesses. These entities can now centralize the management and payment of premiums related to their vehicle fleets, as well as coverage for their employees, via the Smobilpay payment interface. The actual effectiveness of this new digital channel in gaining market share for the participants remains, however, contingent on its effective deployment on the ground.
