The global integration of Spanish entity MasOrange, finalized in early June 2026, generated a direct accounting gain of €2.4 billion. On a comparable basis, semi-annual revenue increased by 3.5% to €20.9 billion, while Ebitdaal (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, after leases) grew by 5% to €6.1 billion. Given the solidity of these indicators, the management has adjusted its annual outlook, now targeting an Ebitdaal increase of more than 4%, up from the initial goal of over 3%.

Africa and the Middle East have emerged as the primary drivers of the group's expansion. Revenues from these geographic areas showed a 13.9% increase, generating €4.6 billion in revenue. In contrast, the French metropolitan market experienced a slowdown, with moderate growth of 1.2%, contributing €8.7 billion. The Orange Business division, dedicated to enterprise services, saw a 3.1% decline to €3.5 billion, due to persistent sectoral tensions.

Concurrently, the company is pursuing a strategy of consolidating its assets and expanding its infrastructure. A protocol agreement concluded in early June 2026 provides for the joint acquisition of operator SFR, alongside Bouygues Telecom and Iliad, for a total of €20.35 billion, with the group holding a 27% stake. Subject to validation by the Competition Authority, the transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2027. In parallel, a partnership with New Zealand-based firm Morrison has been sealed, providing for the creation of a joint structure with €3 billion to develop data hosting capabilities in France.
