The amount represents 52.2% of the total $943.45 million in revenue generated from the sale of the public share of hydrocarbons and other ancillary gains recorded during the period. The company's operating expenses and commitments absorb the remainder of the gross intake, totaling $450.93 million (47.8%), including $174.06 million for association expenses, $180.52 million for gas commitments, and $96.35 million for various obligations.
The concept of transferable resources raises questions about the accounting synchronization with the Ministry of Finance. The state's budget entries show an effective oil royalty of $918 million at the end of March 2026, compared to an initial quarterly forecast of $1.06 billion. The $425 million discrepancy between the received royalty and the balance declared by SNH highlights methodological or temporal discrepancies in the accounting of flows. The sales analysis shows that crude oil remains dominant, with $642.18 million generated from the sale of 1.662 million barrels at an average price of $69.74. Natural gas ranks second, with $221.12 million, including $151.03 million from the partnership with Gazprom.
Physical production remains concentrated in the historic Rio del Rey fields, which account for 51.3% of the 4.599 million barrels of crude oil produced during the quarter, while the Sanaga Sud field ensures 98.4% of natural gas production (17.529 billion cubic feet). The state's oil partners capture $198.891 billion in revenue from the sale of their share, benefiting from an average selling price 25% higher than that obtained by the public operator, at $87.17 per barrel. The effectiveness of the transfer of public funds to the Treasury remains a key condition for materializing the gains of the sector in the execution of the finance law.
