The internal regulatory compliance assessment works, based on the international standard ISO 45001:2018, aim to identify the organization's vulnerabilities to modernize workplace accident prevention protocols. The opening meeting, held at the headquarters of the general management, brought together the technical teams of the airport operator and the experts from the specialized firm Rome Consulting, selected to conduct field expertise and formalize the roadmap for continuous improvement of national airport infrastructure.

The implementation of the organizational diagnosis responds to the need to secure the production tool as air traffic and ground handling operations increasingly solicit the technical staff. The methodological protocol unveiled by the audit firm is based on a rigorous evaluation of the processes in place in the different terminals of the country, in order to quantify the conformity gap with respect to the requirements of international certification.

The expected conclusions of the mission will serve as a basis for the reallocation of budgetary resources dedicated to the social and physical protection of employees, a financial challenge that conditions the overall operational effectiveness of the company. The initiative of the general management, placed under the operational supervision of the deputy general management, is part of a logic of reducing the incidence rate of occupational accidents and consolidating social dialogue within a leading public structure.
