The material envelope directly finances the technical reinforcement of these social centers attached to the Ministry of Social Affairs (MINAS). The allocation of resources coincides with the closing of the 9th edition of the National Week of Solidarity and Social Entrepreneurship, a public action platform dedicated to the economic recovery of micro-production structures in financial difficulty.

The territorial deployment of the initiative covers the West, Littoral, and Centre regions, targeting the direct financing of income-generating activities for 100 direct beneficiaries. The eligibility criteria prioritize gender and humanitarian status, with 80% of the cohort consisting of internally displaced women from the security crisis-affected regions of the Northwest and Southwest (NOSO). The endowment includes a total of 78 industrial equipment distributed sectorally among four qualifying training branches: clothing industry, hairdressing and aesthetics, hospitality and restoration, and agro-industrial transformation.

The quantitative inventory submitted to the supervisory administration includes 8 electric industrial sewing machines, 4 overlock machines, 4 cutting tables, as well as heavy refrigeration equipment, including 4 520-liter freezers and 6 refrigerators intended to stabilize the cold chain of micro-enterprises in the restoration sector. The agricultural and local transformation sector receives 4 multifunctional brush cutters, 2 oil presses, and 2 logistic transport tricycles. The technological contribution aims to perpetuate independent self-employment units, substituting punctual financial assistance with sustainable empowerment of local production factors.
