The initiative brings the number of additional national experts authorized to create standardized educational kits to 10. The development method relies on converting field audit findings into targeted learning programs. The areas of competence cover 4 major axes of airport activity: flight security control, management of landing and ground assistance infrastructure, protection of facilities against unlawful interference, and supervision of air navigation services. The process involves a methodical rollout in 4 phases, ranging from the evaluation of operational gaps to the validation of standardized measurement instruments.

Strengthening human capital enables the administration to save on external service costs, often amounting to tens of millions of CFA francs when purchasing foreign engineering services. Technical autonomy consolidates the alignment of Cameroonian airport facilities with ICAO international standards, benefiting the attractiveness of airlines serving the country.

Investing in local pedagogical engineering contributes to the rationalization of public operating expenses while enhancing the quality of regulatory control across the national airport platform. By internalizing the creation of certified modules, the state structure secures the transmission of trade knowledge in the face of administrative staff turnover. Mastering international security standards constitutes a guarantee of credibility for Cameroonian airspace, favorably influencing aviation insurance premiums and international air traffic to the national territory.
