This accreditation comes to confirm the robustness and rigor of the procedures deployed by the financial intermediary across three distinct core business areas: financial advisory, intermediation in securities, and securities account keeping.
This recognition rewards the managerial structuring of an actor who has become indispensable in supporting sovereign issuers, private enterprises, and institutional investors on the market of the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC).
It consecrates the trajectory of an intervener who has risen to the summit of the regional stock exchange hierarchy.
At the close of the 2025 fiscal year, the company displayed a clear dominance on the market, managing a portfolio of over 44 million securities with a total valuation nearing 364.66 billion FCFA. A leadership fueled by striking successes in conducting large-scale fundraising. Between 2025 and 2026, ESS Bourse notably launched several public savings calls on behalf of the Gabonese State, materialized by the success of the multitranche bond loan dubbed « EOG 2026 », which outperformed by mobilizing 173.52 billion FCFA against an initial target of 85 billion, after having already captured 226 billion in the preceding year. The company continues on this momentum by piloting a new financing operation of 60 billion FCFA.
Six years after its accreditation by the Central African Financial Market Surveillance Commission (COSUMAF), the obtention of this quality label reinforces the ESS Group's expansion strategy.
By consolidating its investment and asset management activities — complemented by successful forays into microfinance through its Gabonese subsidiaries and the establishment of a structure endowed with a social capital of one billion FCFA in Cameroon — the group aims to build an integrated financial reference desk, capable of meeting the strictest demands of capital markets in sub-Saharan Africa.
