Logistics: CCML Acquires 10% Stake in AGL Cameroon
According to information published following decisions taken at the board of directors' meeting, Cameroon Continental Merchants Limited (CCML), linked to Cameroonian businessman Baba Ahmadou Danpullo, has entered the capital of Africa Global Logistics (AGL), acquiring 31,575 shares, as validated by a notarial deed drawn up in Douala.
