The incorporation of these parcels, spread across six regions of the country, would increase the company's social capital from 75 billion to 226.8 billion FCFA. The evaluation of the sites concentrates over 90% of the total value in the Central region, where the parcels of Nkolntsam (63.04 billion FCFA for 123.6 hectares) and Zoatoupsi (50.73 billion for 163.6 hectares) form the basis of the operation.

The recapitalization extends the process initiated in 2020, when the company's social funds stood at only 1 billion FCFA before the integration of a revaluation surplus of 70 billion FCFA. Although the 2025 financial year shows a net profit increase of 48%, amounting to 878.5 million FCFA for a turnover of 5.02 billion FCFA, the accounts reveal a net treasury contraction to 2.58 billion FCFA, compared to 7.47 billion the previous year. The patrimonial revaluation improves the company's financial structure without, however, providing immediate liquidity.

The capitalization of the company's land reserves aims to increase its credibility with lenders and private partners. The deployment of the "Vision 2040" strategic plan includes the progressive development of 3,000 hectares to address the social housing deficit. The legal regularization of property titles and the securing of perimeters against illegal occupations will determine the public operator's actual capacity to transform these assets into solvent bank guarantees.
