The duo formed by the National Hydrocarbons Corporation and the Bank of Central African States alone generated nearly all of the revenue, with respective payments of 20.88 billion CFA francs and 20.55 billion CFA francs. The contribution of these two sovereign entities represents over 75% of the dividends distributed to the institutional shareholder during the period under review.

The commercial banking industry constitutes the second pillar of remuneration for state holdings. SCB Cameroon transferred 5.20 billion CFA francs, followed by Société Générale Cameroon with 3.83 billion CFA francs and BGFIBank with a payment of 1.38 billion CFA francs. The contribution of private sector subsidiaries extends to the agro-industry via Socapalm, whose reversed dividend reached 2.22 billion CFA francs, as well as to the energy sector with Dibamba Power Development Company, credited with 1.41 billion CFA francs.

The closure of the shareholder revenue table integrates the marginal contributions of Aéroports du Cameroun and the Africa Re reinsurance company, each amounting to 190 million CFA francs (0.19 billion CFA francs). The dispersion of the collected amounts highlights the driving role of hydrocarbons and financial services, while emphasizing the need for rationalization of the state portfolio to diversify non-fiscal budgetary revenue and increase the profitability of other public holdings.
