This new ecosystem brings together 8 distinct operational modules, ranging from mobile meter reading to dematerialized management of administrative documents, including electronic bill payment and centralized management of connection materials. The modernization of the commercial system aims to reduce financial losses and non-payments estimated at around 40% of the produced water volume, while improving the service offered to over 500,000 subscribers spread across the 10 regions of the national territory. The real-time interconnection of computerized collections with the general management's dashboards ensures complete traceability of the treasury.
The abandonment of manual receipts accelerates the execution of new connections for users waiting to be connected. The digitized tracking of equipment stocks prevents the rupture of spare parts in maintenance workshops. The multiplication of electronic payment channels simplifies the payment of water receipts for households.
The improvement of revenue collection from users will strengthen the self-financing capacity of network extension projects. The reduction of billing errors will improve the trust climate between the public operator and its customers. The integration of remote control tools will optimize the operational profitability of all regional operation centers.
