Optimizing the performance of the structure relies on strict control of default risks, a crucial differentiating factor in an economic environment characterized by tight liquidity. The company's loss ratio stands at 7.26%, a level significantly lower than the average default rate in the leasing market, which peaks at 18.4%. The combined management of volumes and signature quality, driven by the Credaf Group holding company since its takeover in April 2025, results in a 28% increase in annual net income, the best accounting performance over a five-year period. The financing solutions offered to small and medium-sized enterprises and large accounts include movable leasing, long-term rental, and investment credit, distributed through a network of agencies located in Douala, Yaoundé, Bafoussam, and Ngaoundéré.

The operational mechanism of leasing differs from traditional loan instruments by excluding value-added taxes from the interest calculation base, providing immediate cash relief for the modernization of production tools. To ensure access to long-term resources adapted to the financing of equipment goods, the institution regularly uses public savings mechanisms through bond issues listed on the Central African Stock Exchange (BVMAC). The diversification of refinancing sources gives the financial institution a competitive advantage in the face of active competition from about ten operators, including six top-tier commercial banks in the CEMAC's leading economy.
