Established by the Prime Minister's decree of December 29, 2025, the new structure oversees 7 priority sectors of the national economy. The platform relies on a series of operational tools, including periodic sectoral reviews, international aid mapping, and consolidated databases. The goal is to optimize the allocation of resources provided by donors and accelerate the country's industrial and social transformation over the next four years.

The operationalization of this consultation body aims to reduce duplication in bilateral and multilateral funding. By centralizing project programming around the orientations of the decade-long roadmap, public authorities and partner organizations seek to more accurately measure the impact of collective investments on the living conditions of populations.

The strengthening of this institutional synergy comes at a critical moment in the implementation of the decade-long plan, where the efficiency of public development spending remains a central requirement for donors. The regular holding of sectoral reviews and the interconnection of monitoring databases should provide increased traceability of funds allocated to infrastructure, education, and health projects. Through this enhanced consultation approach, the government aims to raise the level of performance of strategic investments and ensure the overall sustainability of the Cameroonian growth model.
