According to information disseminated by the Central Africa Securities Exchange (BVMAC) in its Official Bulletin of the Quotation dated September 17, 2026, ACEP Cameroon recorded a net profit of 803.6 million CFA francs for the year 2025, compared to 755.6 million CFA francs in 2024. This increase of 6.3%, equivalent to nearly 48 million CFA francs in additional earnings, surpasses the growth rate of net banking income, which rose by 2.9% to reach 7.970 billion CFA francs, up from 7.745 billion CFA francs in the previous period. The ratio of net profit to net banking income thus stands at 10.1% in 2025, compared to 9.8% in 2024.
This positive trend materializes a second consecutive year of net profit recovery, following a decline recorded at 536.6 million CFA francs in 2023 (which followed a profit of 905 million CFA francs in 2022), although the level achieved in 2025 remains 11.2% below the peak reached in 2022. Parallel to this operational dynamic, the institution continues the clearance of its bond debt issued on the regional market under the label "ACEP 7% gross 2024-2027". Having initially raised an amount of 5 billion CFA francs, the loan listed on the BVMAC since April 8, 2025 now shows a residual outstanding amount of 3 billion CFA francs. According to the official repayment schedule, the institution must pay a total of 3.21 billion CFA francs to bondholders by the end of 2027, comprising 3 billion CFA francs of principal and 210 million CFA francs of interest. This schedule notably includes a payment of 1 billion CFA francs of principal and 105 million CFA francs of interest on December 30, 2026, followed by two installments of 1 billion CFA francs of principal each on June 30 and December 30, 2027, accompanied respectively by 70 million and 35 million CFA francs of interest.
On the institutional front, ACEP Cameroon has a share capital amounting to 1.444 billion CFA francs. Its capital is significantly held by reference shareholders, including BICEC at 27%, Investors & Partners at 20%, the National Investment Company (SNI) at 15%, as well as the structure ACEP International at 13%.
